Hiring Immediately, Full Time Call Center Representatives for Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!

Driver’s Village, a World Class Transportation Provider, continues to grow and we are seeking people-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our successful team at our Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram store.

Responsibilities:

  • Both inbound and outbound calls related to service for our Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram store
  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound customer service calls
  • Schedule appointments by obtaining and verifying information
  • Provides product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance
  • Maintains call center database
  • Stays up to date in job knowledge including service and products
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
